MEMBERSHIP
Benefits of Membership
The RCMP Veterans’ Association is a non-profit fraternal organization. Its primary goals are: → Promote fellowship and a concern for one another including active, associate and life members of the division, widows and widowers; and → Act as a volunteer resource.
General By-Laws of the Association Section 106.1 The Association shall consist of the following categories of membership:
Section 106.2 Active Member includes any former member of the RCMP, any former member of the Reserve and any former member of the auxiliary other than a member discharged for unsatisfactory conduct.
Spouses of members, Public Service Employees and Municipal Employees, who have worked for the Force or have had a close relationship with the Force, are welcome to join the association as an Associate Member. Associate Members do not pay membership dues, do not have voting privileges and cannot hold office.
